Theo was my HERO! ...

Theo was my HERO! We stayed 1 night. We had an early flight out . Theo gave us several area pointers and arranged 4 am taxi to Heathrow. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel and the ...

Great hotel and the staff were outstanding very close to Paddington station. If in the area in the future I will be staying there for sure.
