I was in room 115 very clean although you do get all noise from kitchen and some people really don't know how to close doors quietly

The name"Hyde Park" gives the impression it's right there, however, it's actually in Sussex Garden. It's missleading for visitors like us as we walked for 2 hours trying to find it at Hyde Park! The room was nice and clean, loved the bath. The staff were good although we didn't see much of them as we were out & about. It's in a lovely building and Paddington station is 2 minutes down the road. A bit of prior research by us could have saved us a lot of angst.

The receptionist was so helpful when I was checking in. The room was quaint, warm and welcoming. Bed was amazing. A huge change from hostels in London. I would definitely recommend.
