There are three excellent dining options. The Great Court Restaurant serves fresh seasonal mains, afternoon tea, and an exhibition-inspired menu. The Court Café is perfect for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. And the Gallery Café features an array of hot meals, sandwiches, soups, and salads.

Does the museum offer any activities for kids?

It does, and they’re free. For young ones (3-5), there’s "Chasing Rainbows with Mama Wata", where they’ll learn about colors and shapes, and "Dancing with Shiva", a counting trail. Older kids (6-11) will be able to track down fantastic creatures in "Hunting for Dragons" and explore ancient Egypt in "Sailing on the Nile."
